Lokanath Prasad Kar
Mr. Kar is one of the eminent legal practitioners of the country in the insurance laws and industry policies. Having closely worked with the insurance industry since inception of liberalization and privatization of the sector, Mr. Kar has contributed personally and as a member of the Industry, for evolution of insurance as a popular financial product and the governing laws around it.
Apart from being an active contributor to the Industry Body, Mr. Kar has been a part of several regulatory committees recommending on governance of multiple products and practices of insurance to the Insurance Regulatory. Besides that, Mr. Kar is counted amongst those who drove the first few successful listings and joint ventures of the insurance industry.
Before nearly two decades of journey in the insurance sector, Mr. Kar had an equally successful stint in the financial services sector, both as a corporate and as a practicing lawyer.
Anand R Choudhary
Mr. Anand R. Choudhary is an experienced legal and management professional with experience of close to two decades across Legal, Compliance, Regulatory and Secretarial Functions, at various levels, with diverse set of businesses.
His area of specialization is Insurance and other financial laws and area of work ranges from Regulatory compliances, Regulatory Relationship, Governance, Compliance Administration, Corporate Legal and Litigation.
For a considerable period of his career, he has held senior positions in the legal, compliance and regulatory relationship functions at ICICI Lombard, Max Bupa, Magma HDI, Navi General Insurance etc.
